These spherical little guys are so deceivingly filling. They are made of organic raw lentil that was soaked overnight. After the soaking and cooking, comes the patt-iffication process. The lentils cook with chopped and finely caramelised onions and pomegranate molasses. They’re spiced up and hand rolled into these cute little snacks.
