Beety Burger
My beet burger is delicious as it is healthy! I use all organic beets and shred them down and rebind them with a bit of oat bran and spicing. It’s great to add or use as a burger patty or even crumbling it into a salad would be wonderful!

Ingredients: Organic beet, organic red and green cabbage, carrot, kale, oat bran, sea salt and organic extra virgin olive oil
