Quinoa Tabouleh
A traditional Armenian salad, with a new wave spin. My Quinoa Tabouleh is very light and airy. There is of course organic quinoa that has been soaked and cooked to fluffy perfection. I then very finely chop red and green bell peppers, cucumber. That is all followed by some mint, salt, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Here’s a snack you eat over and over…and over again!

Ingredients: Organic quinoa, red and green pepper, cucumber, sea salt, lemon juice, fresh and dry herbs
