Kurry with Karisma
Take a trip to Nepal without even leaving your couch, bed or where ever you’ve been spending your time during quarantine. This beautiful Nepalese curry was taught to me by my dear friend Karisma. It boasts a number of flavors and spices to make you feeling warmer inside than an LA winter. There’s an array of organic and delicious veggies all slowly stewed together such as broccolini’s and Japanese sweet potato’s. Legumes are a-plenty, like garbanzo and red kidney beans. Spices like garam masala, cumin and paprika make for a rich palate full of depth. I suggest having it on a bed of freshly steamed rice and a dollop or two of my Spicy Tzatziki. Go ahead and book that trip one savory bite after another!
