The Twist
I know what your’e thinking, “Is this pesto?”, but I promise this is nobody’s pesto. Here is my spicy cashew and cilantro dip. It is one of my best sellers, boasting only six ingredients. Of course I start with organic extra virgin olive oil. Then the cashews, bushels of organic cilantro, freshly cut jalapeño to bring in the heat, and a little bit of organic honey to round out the flavors. I love this with a turkey or vegan sandwich or even with pasta sometimes!
