The Original Hummus
An all-time classic is my Original Hummus. It is cooked with only 3 ingredients - chickpeas of course which get soaked and boiled on a weekly basis - so no beans from a can here, tahini and cold press organic olive oil. It’s easy and no fuss and perfect for people who lead a low sodium diet. Use it as a dip or spread it into a wrap, there’s no wrong way to eat it!
